- 2 TBSP vegetable oil
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 TBSP Thai sweet chili sauce (or 1 tsp chopped chili for those who like it spicy)
- 2 large boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1/4 cup Annie Chun’s Pad Thai Sauce
- 1 cup fresh green beans
- 1 cup Broccoli Slaw
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 1 cup loosely packed basil leaves
- 2 packages Annie Chun's Rice Express Sticky White Rice, 7.4-Ounce Microwavable Bowls (Pack of 6)
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add garlic, chili sauce and chicken and stir fry until the chicken is cooked.
- Stir in Annie Chun's Pad Thai Sauce.
- Add green beans, broccoli slaw, scallions and basil and mix until heated through.
- Serve over Annie Chun's Sticky White Rice.
I tried this recipe for Mark and I last night because Mark loves Thai food, and it was quite good! Thanks for the tips big bro! ;)
